सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई डायरेक्टर, दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर और आईबी चीफ को 12.30 बजे मिलने के लिए बुलाया है. इस मामले पर तीन बजे फिर सुनवाई की जाएगी.

नई दिल्ली: 

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई पर यौन शोषण के आरोप के मामले में वकील उत्सव बैंस ने कोर्ट में वो सबूत पेश किए हैं, जिनके आधार पर बैंस ने यह दावा किया था कि सीजेआई को फंसाने के लिए साजिश रची गई थी. सीजेआई पर आरोप लगाने के पीछे बड़ी साजिश का दावा करने वाले वकील उत्सव बेंस कोर्ट नंबर चार मे पेश हुए थे. कोर्ट ने बेंस द्वारा सौंपे गए सबूतों को देखने के बाद सीबीआई डायरेक्टर, दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर और आईबी चीफ को कोर्ट में तलब किया है.

मामले की सुनवाई कर रही कोर्ट की बेंच में शामिल जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा ने वकील बैंस से पूछा कि आप क्या कहना चाहते हैं? इस पर बैंस ने कहा कि मैं इस पूरी साजिश को लेकर सीलकवर में दस्तावेज दे रहा हूं. इसे सबके सामने खोला जा सकता है. एक सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी है जिससे खुलासा होगा.’ इसके बाद बेंच ने सीलकवर को खोला और एजी से कहा कि सीबीआई डायरेक्टर को कोर्ट चेंबर में बुलाया जाए. सीबीआई निदेशक मौजूद नहीं हैं, ऐसे में सीबीआई के ज्वाइंट डायरेक्टर कोर्ट में पेश होंगे.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई डायरेक्टर, दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर और आईबी चीफ को 12.30 बजे मिलने के लिए बुलाया है. इस मामले पर तीन बजे फिर सुनवाई की जाएगी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि वो सभी से मिलकर यह तय करेंगे कि इस मामले की जांच को कैसे आगे बढ़ाया जाए. क्योंकि इस मामले में संस्थान की छवि को खराब करने को लेकर एक बड़ी साजिश है.

अटॉर्नी जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि सीबीआई के डायरेक्टर इस समय दिल्ली से बाहर है, वह नहीं आ पाएंगे. ऐसे में ज्वाइंट डायरेक्टर कोर्ट आ सकते हैं. तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि संस्थान का नाम खराब करने के पीछे बड़ी साजिश है. इसके लिए एसआईटी बनाई जाए.

कोर्ट ने कहा, ‘यह न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता का मुद्दा है. यह गंभीर मसला है.’ साथ ही कोर्ट ने कहा कि बेंस की सुरक्षा जारी रहनी चाहिए.

बता दें, सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वकील उत्सव बैंस ने दावा किया था कि सीजेआई रंजन गोगोई को बदनाम करने की साजिश रची गई ताकि वो इस्तीफा दे दें. बैंस ने ये भी दावा किया है कि इसके लिए उनसे भी संपर्क किया गया था और कहा गया था कि वो प्रेस क्लब ऑफ इंडिया में इस संबंध में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करें. इसे लेकर एक युवक ने उन्हें 1.5 करोड़ रुपये तक देने का ऑफर दिया था. साथ ही उत्सव बैंस दावा किया कि उन्होंने इससे इनकार कर दिया और वो इस मामले की जानकारी देने सीजेआई के घर गए थे लेकिन वो उपलब्ध नहीं थे.
